In this clip, Aries Spears spoke about Eddie Murphy being his favorite comedian from the 80s. Aries then touched on Eddie’s most recent hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, and he admitted that while he loves Eddie, he didn’t think that Murphy brought “the thunder” with his performance. Aries and DJ Vlad agreed that the skits were disappointing, but they felt more nostalgic and not edgy like how they’re used to seeing Eddie Murphy, which you can hear more about above.
