In this clip, Chuck D speaks about Public Enemy releasing “Fear of a Black Planet,” which was produced by the Bomb Squad in the same 12-week period as Ice Cube’s “Amerikkka’s Most Wanted” and Bel Biv Devoe’s “Poison.” Chuck went on to speak about the lead single, “Welcome to the Terrordome,” where he had a line with the n-word, which is rare, while addressing the person who killed Black Panthers co-founder Huey P. Newton.

During the conversation, Chuck D also spoke about giving Flavor Flav the title for the song “911 is a Joke,” and Flav coming back with a song. To hear more, hit the above clip.
