In this flashback, DeHaven spoke about being in touch with Jay Z when Dame Dash came in the picture. He said that the didn’t fit in with Dame and Biggs, so he didn’t get involved with Roc-A-Fella, and added that he felt like Jay would take care of him if the label blew up. DeHaven went on to speak about getting a kingpin charge and being told that he was investigated from 1988-1998.
