Eminem recently sat down with Kxng Crooked for an episode of “Crook’s Corner” (full interview here: https://youtu.be/t96p6-VftzM), where he was asked to share his thoughts on being called a “guest in the house of hip-hop.”

Eminem explained, “The funny sh*t is, the whole beef with [Lord Jamar], I never said I wasn’t a guest. Like, I’m absolutely a guest. I never said I wasn’t. And, I never said I was king of anything.” Em went on to speak about his track “Kings Never Die,” which he said was not him stating that he was the king of hip-hop. He explained that he showed homage to pioneers like Run DMC, and Em then stated, “Who the f*** is the king of hip-hop?”
