He then added that Chris Tucker’s “Big Perm” line was improvised by the actor, and Faizon Love said that his “Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions, Smokey” was inspired by Peabo Bryson. Faizon went on to speak about getting paid $2,200 initially for his work, and then being surprised when his first residual check was $8,000.
