In this clip, Frank Cullotta started out by speaking about being raised in Chicago by his mother and father, who Frank described as a criminal that wasn’t affiliated with any groups. When Frank was 8, his father was in a chase with police after deciding to run due to having bootlegging stamps in his trunk. His father died in a crash during the chase and from there, Frank set out to make his own way. He started out with a shoe shinig business at 12, which is where he met Tony Spilotro, who threatend Frank for being on his block. After Tony realized that Frank’s father saved his father, they decided to become friends, and their lives were later depicted in the movie, “Casino.”
