In this clip, Gerardo Lopez opened up about his federal case being dismissed and being disappointed that it wasn’t dismissed in court, adding that felt like winning the Super Bowl with no crowd watching. After revealing that his friend paid a $500 fine so that he could leave the jail, Gerardo added that his friend told him that his wife was seeing someone else and that he wouldn’t be going home to her. Gerardo went on to speak about having PTSD after being released and his friends not being used to how he was acting.

Gerardo Lopez also talked about getting his tattoos removed and how the process is stripping away an old identity. Gerardo said he has gotten most of his visible MS-13 tattoos removed and takes young bangers to get theirs removed as he accompanies for support.
Later, Gerardo detailed his interaction with law enforcement today and how he wasn’t broken by the criminal justice system despite his unlawful imprisonment.
