In this clip, Gerardo Lopez opened up about fighting his federal case for two years and being offered a 4-year plea deal that would’ve seen him getting out in a couple of months from the time he was sentenced. Gerardo explained that he knew he was innocent, so he decided to fight the case himself and was filing his own motions in court after doing a lot of research in the prison’s law library.
