In this clip, Godfrey shared his thoughts on J. Cole winning his first Grammy, which he said was shocking, but added that J. Cole is a “millenium prophet.” Godfrey went on to speak about Tyler, the Creator saying that the “urban” category at the Grammys is a PC way to say the n-word, which Godfrey agreed with. Godfrey also spoke about white artists appropriating Rock and Roll from Black artists in the 1940s, including Elvis, which brought up a conversation about Ray Charles saying he wasn’t the “King of Rock and Roll.”
