In this clip, Khujo Goodie opened up about being part of the Dungeon Family and how the entire camp which included OutKast, Goodie Mob, and Organized Noize, to name a few, cultivated a sound for Atlanta and hip-hop at large. He also explained the meaning behind “rising from the red clay” and the significance that had to the Dungeon Family planting the flag for Atlanta.
Later, Khujo talked about being raised without his father around but eventually developed a close relationship with him later on in life. He also opened up about how his father was tragically murdered and his story was actually profiled on “First 48.” Despite the television spotlight, Khujo Goodie’s father’s murder remains unsolved.
