Khujo Goodie sat down for his first-ever interview with VladTV, where he detailed how Goodie Mob was formed, recording with Organized Noize and seeing Outkast come in The Dungeon for the first time. He delved into making Goodie Mob’s first single, “Cell Therapy,” and their first album, Soul Food, and wanting to see Atlanta win in the hip-hop world. Khujo went on to speak about being hurt when Cee-Lo left the group and making “One Monkey Don’t Stop No Show” as a diss to LaFace records and Cee-Lo, but Khujo added that he and Cee-Lo have never been at odds with one another.
During the conversation, Cee-Lo spoke about 2Pac being a huge Goodie Mob fan and wanting to join the group before his untimely death. Khujo said he cried when 2Pac died, and he later added that he saw Diddy and Biggie the night that he was shot and killed, which you can hear in full above along with the story of Khujo losing his leg.
