In this clip, Mob James talked about the police placing a moratorium on conducting arrests for petty crimes amid the coronavirus pandemic. Mob James reasoned that the cops are human like anyone else and are trying to avoid catching the virus. He also talked about how the virus has made its way into the prisons as a result of people from the outside, mainly COs and other deputies, contracting the virus and infecting those on the inside during their shifts.
