In this clip, Sheek Louch recounted the making of Money Power Respect and what it felt like when the album went platinum. He reflected on being part of the “shiny suit” era in hip-hop and how that image, largely pushed by Bad Boy, began to conflict with their street image. Sheek then discussed how that frustration led to The Lox wanting out of their deal with Bad Boy and launched the “Let The Lox Go” campaign to realize their demands.
