In this clip, Z-Ro described his first meeting with J Prince and how he refused to him because of his stage name. Z-Ro said that the second time they met after he built up a buzz, J Prince was ready to work with him. However, when Z-Ro finally dropped a project that gained commercial traction, he was in jail for an extended period of time and couldn’t bask in the initial success. He said upon his release was when he was finally able to let everything soak in. Z-Ro said despite receiving several deposits to perform from promoters after his release from jail, he still had nowhere to stay.
