———-
In this clip, Zab Judah opens up about fighting DeMarcus Corley for the WBO Light Welterweight title in 2003 and breaking his hand in the second round. He explained how he fought the rest of the match with one hand and ended up beating Corley. From there, Zab addressed losing to Cory Spinx in 2004 by unanimous decision, and they decided to do a rematch in Spinx’s hometown of St. Louis.

Zab explained that St. Louis was known for being the murder capital of the U.S. at the time, and he was fearful of his safety while training in the city for the week leading up to the fight. He added that he was getting death threats at his hotel and to make sure that his food was safe, Zab had his white trainer to get all of the food that he ate that week so that no one would mess with it.
