Gucci had a change of heart. On March 12th, he had his lawyers filed a notice of voluntary dismissal meaning he no longer wanted to pursue the case right now. It could be because Gucci who is currently locked up, recently plead guilty last month to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and will stay in jail until at least 2016 per his plea deal.
