50 Cent and his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins have been in a downright nasty custody battle for their only son, Marquise Jackson. They have been back and forth in court for months, talked dirt on eachother in the press, gotten into public street fights, and 50 was even accused of burning down the house Shaniqua and Marquise lived in. While they were sleeping in it!

However yesterday the two of them reached an agreement in Suffolk County Family Court which both say they can be happy with. Under the new agreements Curtis will get his son one weekend every month and one month in the summer and half of his spring and winter breaks. Marquise will remain with his mother for the rest of the time in her Long Island home. Lawyers for both of them say that the two just want to move forward and put their energy into productively raising their son.

In other 50 news the video game 50 Cent: Blood in the Sand, which he was planning on releasing but was then scrapped has received a new life.  Game developer THQ has picked up the project and says they will release it on it’s initial release date of November 28. The game will be supported by the  Playstation 3 and X-Box 360 consoles and will feature cameos by Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, and DJ Whoo Kid. It’s said to be a Iraq war themed game but not much else is known. What 50 has to do with the Iraq war I don’t know, but hey this is show business!
