The woman that refers to herself as "First Lady " of tax has recently been sentenced to 21 years of prison for tax fraud. The Floridian woman posted all over social media that she was the "Queen of IRS". She uploaded pictures of her with stacks of money and expensive automobiles. The mother of three taunted authorities to catch "Queen of Tax" after she stole over $20 Million from the IRS. Rashia Wilson pleaded guilty to tax fraud and weapon charges received 21 years in prison.

Wilson Lawyer attempted to get her off on lower charge by stating her actions resulted to mental illness. The lawyer showed a posted picture from Facebook of the "First Lady" with a blonde wig and holding up stacks of money. The judge disagreed with his argument stated that due to  Wilson posting that she was untouchable by the IRS on social media proved that she was aware of her actions.

" I’m Rashia, the queen of IRS tax fraud, I’m a millionaire for the record, so if U think indicting me will B easy it won’t, I promise you! U need more than black and white to hold me down N that’s to da rat who went N told, as if 1st lady don’t have da TPD under her spell. I run Tampa right now."

 

Wilson was ordered to 3.1 million in restitution for estimated loss to the government. After the sentencing the judge was advised by the investigator that the amount was 20 million but judge agreed to honor the plea agreement. In the end the “First Lady” still got away with $17 million of the IRS money seems like TPD (Tampa Police Department) was under her spell.
