Fishkill, NY – Akon attended
the Fishkill Town Court earlier today (Dec.3) for his allege fan tossing
incident in a concert that occurred in June. He pleaded not guilty to
misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and harassment.  

A woman that attended the concert
came forth and complained about a sustained concussion when the boy
