After much speculation amongst the Hip-Hop community, it has been confirmed that Alfamega of T.I.’s label Grand Hustle Entertainment, is indeed a snitch! Now these are some huge accusations, especially when dealing with Hip-Hop and it’s refusal to give out any information to any government official for any reason.

This self proclaimed “original gangster” and “The Grand Hustle Muscle” has been coined the protégé of T.I. Not only has he claimed to be an original gangster, he has also been quoted saying “I’m a real hood.” Really?  That’s awkward because I wonder if someone who is “really hood” would do exactly what he has done.

Recently, some documents have been floating around which indicates that his 1997 prison sentence was reduced after testifying against a man named Ali Baaqar. According to the Smoking Gun, these papers state that Alfamega, whose real name is Cedric Zellars, “Agreed to cooperate with authorities and was debriefed.”

For all of you who haven’t taken law classes, to put it simply, he snitched!  How else can you explain getting 18 months reduced from your sentence? Did the judge like you? Did you send him some brownies? I doubt it. It looks to me as if we have a classic case of Snitchitis, which is commonly a symptom of Bitchassness.

With Hip-Hop’s unofficial campaign to “Stop Snitching,” I doubt that this will sit well with his fans or anyone else in the Hip-Hop community for that matter.  For those of you who don’t believe in withholding information, that’s fine but to portray yourself one way, and then go do something that directly contradicts what you stand for is hypocrisy and should be broadcasted. I wonder what T.I. thinks of this new information that has surfaced. T.I. himself has been known to not be down for snitches, and now his main protégé has been deemed that very thing. How ironic!

So, is he the epitome of b*llsh*t rapper trying to make a dollar, or just an upstanding citizen trying to make his coutnry a better place, who knows? All I can say is the documents don’t lie, and we have them!
