Miami, FL. – Quite possibly the most infamous ongoing controversy between the G-Unit General and the Boss has been escalating as the days pass. It seems as if both sides are not letting down as we move closer to release dates on both artists’ upcoming albums. After the stint with the video of 50 Cent taking Ross’ baby mother shopping all across Manhattan and the advertisement of a her book to be released under G-Unit publishing, people are saying that 50 won that battle.

In spite of the release of Ross’ new single ‘Magnificent’ with John Legend, it seems as if fans are more focused on the controversy than the track that he just put out. It goes without saying that any song with a feature by John Legend would become a certified hit; apparently the situation with 50 has become more of the main focus. More recently, we have received news that Def Jam has now implemented a gag order on Ross from calling radio personalities and DJs, adding to his decline. As of late, the media seems to be more focused on Ross’ past as a Correctional Officer and his beef with 50 Cent. Sources close to Def Jam are stating that Antonio ‘L.A.’ Reid has put a stop to Ross adding fuel to the fire and hoping that the situation will subside on its own so they can move forward in pushing the record with John Legend.

50 Cent was interviewed this morning by Miami personality DJ Laz on his morning show on Power 96 and in short, 50 called Ross a fraud. They discuss the reasoning behind him going in on Ross and where it all began. Laz at one point is even comparing it to a Pac and Biggie beef. They continue to discuss the beef with Lil Wayne and how that all started. 50 states that Wayne mentioned something in a mixtape that got to 50’s ears. Either way, Laz concludes the interview stating that he hopes it ends sometime and that we all can come back and continue doing good music.

Former G-Unit member The Game has even broken his silence and added his own comments to the ongoing feud between Ross and 50. In what has become interesting news, Game has sided with his former boss on this one.

This was what he told KUBE 93 in a recent interview:

“For the first time in four years, man, I’m kinda low key riding with 50 on this one. I’m siding with this dude homie. It’s crazy, I don’t know what’s gonna come of it but yo, Ross, call me on my phone man call me on three-way so I can get you outta this mess, man.[50] took his baby mama shopping. She’s trying on fur coats with the Stevie Wonder jamming. Eh, Rick Ross, man, holla at your boy! 50 eating you boy!”
