Big Boi was arrested in Miami over the weekend and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He released a statement this morning through his lawyer.

“While BIG BOI was traveling with his group and friends, a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage. I am confident when the entire facts are aired BIG BOI will be completely exonerated.”

Upon being released he Tweeted “Fresh Out Baby!” on his official page and a couple hours later added “Sh*t they said it was the Love Boat!”
