Although much of the news about Bobbi Kristina Brown following the death of her mother, the legendary Whitney Houston, has been on a sour note, a source close to the family assures Peoplemagazine that “she’s doing okay.” The source explains, “She’s still obviously got a lot to deal with but she’s doing a little better each day, and being back home in Atlanta seems to be a good thing.”

Houston’s former hairstylist, Ellin LaVar, who did Bobbi Kristina’s hair for her mother’s viewing, adds, “She is a strong girl. I think with support she will make it through this.”
