It looks like a new Brandy album isn’t too far out on the horizon. Brandy announced at a West Hollywood show Friday night (March 2) that she would soon be releasing Two Eleven, later tweeting a release date of June 2012 to her followers.

According to Rap-Up, the title represents her birthday, Feb. 11, as well as the passing of her mentor Whitney Houston.

“It’s just gonna be a different album, but of course expressing the love that I feel now and the struggles and different situations that I’ve gone through in the past,” Brandy said to Rap-Up.

“My music always tends to be the soundtrack to my life and definitely inspired by what I see other people go through as well—gritty, edgy, different.”

Expected features include her duet with Monica, as well as appearances from Hit-Boy, Bangladesh, Chris Brown, Frank Ocean and Sean Garrett, who says that Two Eleven will show “the evolution of Brandy.”
