Obviously Katt Williams retired too damn early because he has reportedly been arrested outside of Atlanta, Georgia in Coweta County following a situation that have to led to charges in both burglary and criminal trespassing.  A deputy at the Coweta County jail has confirmed that Katt Williams is still in custody.

According to the Dayton Daily News:

“Williams was arrested today, Monday, Nov. 9, in Georgia and charged with burglary and criminal trespassing. Williams is jailed in Coweta County which is southwest of Atlanta . Williams has had more than his share of trouble since achieving stardom.”

ABC News also reported:

“Coweta County Sheriff’s Office Major James Yarbrough said the Sunday night incident happened at a home in Newnan, about 38 miles southwest of Atlanta. Yarbrough said the unidentified homeowner called police around 9 p.m. to report the comedian  “gained entry by breaking into the home, and items were taken from the residence.” Yarbrough said jewelry was taken, but did not have further details.”

Not a good look Katt. PIMP IN DISTRESS!!! Why were you breaking in houses Katt? I mean you don’t have any income coming in? It amazes me how stars get themselves into these situations. It’s almost quite comical!

According to St. Louis American, the comedian will most likely be released on bond later on this afternoon during his arraignment. No further details have been released as of yet. We will keep you informed on this issue.
