The highly anticipated collaboration album between veteran rapper Bumpy Knuckles and legendary Hip-Hop artist KRS-One will land in stores on May 31st.

Royalty Check is the first collaborative album between KRS–One and Bumpy Knuckles.

The album features the duo making socially conscious commentary about a number of contemporary issues.

“My style has always been centered around how everyone one in my circle can get a fair shake,” Bumpy Knuckles told AllHipHop.com in a statement released today (May 30th). “So that’s what I started writing about – how we can we all get a piece of the pie.”

The pair recently dropped “Street Poison (Stressed Out),” the first single from Royalty Check, which is being distributed by Canadian based record label 682 Records.

“Rarely do artists get in the studio together to do albums anymore,” Bumpy Knuckles said of being in the studio with KRS-One. “And the music can’t be wrong if KRS [-One] is picking the songs he wants to rhyme to.”
