In this week’s Billboard charts, Bad Boy’s all female group Danity
Kane
scores their 2nd #1 album with their sophomore set ‘Welcome To The
Dollhouse.’ The group sold 236,000 copies in its first week. On their debut,
they sold 234,000 in the first week. The album features the single ‘Damaged’
and has appearances from Diddy, Missy Elliott & Rick Ross.

 

Speaking of the boss, Rick Ross drops two spots to #3 this
week selling another 90,000 copies of his sophomore album ‘Trilla.’ Debuting at
#4 is Flo Rida with his Poe Boy/Atlantic album ‘Mail on Sunday’ selling
86,000 copies the first week. The album features the highest selling digital
single of all time ‘Low’ featuring T-Pain and the smash single
‘Elevator’ featuring Timbaland. Since ‘Low’ was released in November, it
has sold 3.3 million singles.

 

Snoop Dogg drops four to #7 selling another 57,000
copies of his 9th album ‘Ego Trippin.’ The sophomore album from Gnarls
Barkley
entitled ‘The Odd Couple’ comes in at #18 moving 31,000 units.
Their album was released 3 weeks early because the album leaked on the
internet. Atlanta’s Rocko who’s single ‘Umma Do Me’ burned up radio and TV,
released his album ‘Self-Made’ via Def Jam last week and debuts at #21 selling
28,000 units.
