Freeway Rick Ross was suing Miami rapper Rick Ross for use of his name. Freeway Rick Ross tried to prevent the rapper Rick Ross album from dropping with the use of his name. Fortunately for the rapper, the case was dismissed and ‘Teflon Don’ will drop July 20th. The judge decided that the case should have been filed 4 years prior, not now. Freeway Rick Ross claims then he didnt have the funds to sue while he was incarcerated and is eventually going to try again.

On a radio interview Freeway claims that Ross is having an “identity crisis” and that he should be “William Roberts, thats what your mother named you”.
