DMX Moved To Solitary Confinement
DMX is currently serving his 90 day bid for animal cruelty in an Arizona state prison and it is coming out that he is not being the ideal prisoner. X has reportedly gotten into several altercations with guards and has threatened them with physical violence along with refusing to take his medication for anxiety. These behavioral problems, prison authorities say, has forced them to put X in solitary confinement.
According to the prison officials X threatened to “assault somebody to get some respect.” When it came time for his work detail he told the guards “I already have a job and don’t need this shit.” Arizona is known for its tough stance with criminals, even donning them in pink outfits.
A rep for the prison said X is in confinement and is only being fed a diet of “bread and water.” Sounds healthy. It is unknown at this time how long he will be in there as officials say it depends on the inmate’s behavior when he is let out of the hole.
DJ Khaled Confirms He Is Alive And Well
Yesterday Miami went through a bit of a scare. It was widely reported through several media outlets that DJ Khaled was involved in a low speed car chase with the LAPD that ended with the DJ shooting himself behind the wheel of his white Bentley. The man behind the wheel was thought to be Khaled due to his distinct resemblance to the Miami hitmaker and reports that he yelled out the window “We The Worst!”, an obvious flip on Khaled’s well known mantra of “We The Best!”
Fortunately though Khaled himself called into LA’s Power 106 station and let everyone know he was alive and well doing what he does best which is “Down here in Miami making hits.”
Not really sure how to react to this one. Is every Arab man in a nice car with shades on DJ Khaled? It is strange though with that “We The Worst!” shit. In any case though we here at 24Hour are just glad to hear the man is alive and continuing on in a positive manner.
Rick Ross Gang History Revealed
It apparently just keeps getting worse and worse for Rick Ross. After their first initial expose’ about the Miami rapper, The Smoking Gun has returned with more documents disputing Ross’ claims in his music to be a street figure. Ross has long claimed to be an affiliate of the Carol City Cartel along with the The Boobie Boys Gang. These two organizations dominated Miami’s streets for some time in the 80’s and 90’s and Ross has pledged allegiance to them since the beginning.
Well court documents have been revealed that show Ross has no ties to either organization or any known gang. Rick is currently fighting a pistol and weed possession case from last year and his lawyer questioned his arresting officer as to why his client, Ross, was targeted in the first place. Read the excerpt below:
Ross’s lawyer, Allan Zamren, asked Officer Rey Hernandez why Ross’s case was assigned to the gang task force. “Because your client claims affiliation with Carol City Cartel and other known gang members,” Hernandez replied. Zamren then proceeded to press Hernandez on Ross’s supposed gang ties. “Do you have anybody from a Carol City gang that you have information on or basis of any knowledge that says he is affiliated with them?” Hernandez answered, “No.” Zamren then asked, “Do you have anything that shows you he was affiliated with any gang?” Hernandez replied, “No, I do not.” Zamren also got Hernandez to acknowledge that, prior to the January 2008 bust, Ross had never been arrested in Miami-Dade County, where he has long resided.
The Smoking Gun says they have more court documents they plan to release, as well as 50 Cent, who will be releasing Ross’ financial records to the public later this week. I must say this isn’t good but Ross has seen far worse than this. I think at this point people are just looking for any reason to beat up on this guy. It’s a hard job being the BOSS!
