On Tuesday night, August 20th, DMX  was pulled over by the cops because of an illegal lane change.  DMX was sitting in the passenger seat of the car that was searched immediately after being pulled over.  DMX was filmed enraged after being pulled over yelling to the person filming the situation that was brought to us by TMZ. DMX was yelling out that they had done nothing illegal and that it was a set up because of the amount of cops that were surrounding him for an alleged illegal lane change.

The car DMX and the driver were in was searched and police said they found four sacks of weed in the car, even though they were never shown the illegal substances.

The officers informed DMX there was a warrant out for his arrest regarding his charge for driving with out a drivers license less than a month ago.  DMX was arrested and brought to a jail in Greer County South Carolina.

The whole ordeal ended up with DMX being release Wednesday morning with a house arrest probation.

The cops seem to be after DMX lately and it should be interesting how his court cases pan out.  DMX claims that the police framed him and will definitely be seen fighting this conviction.
