Eminem Releases Trailer to ‘3 A.M.’ Video

Detroit, MI – It is safe to say that the Eminem that we are use to has returned, however, this time he is a lot more sinister and maniacal. After the sudden release of his latest single ‘3 A.M.,’ the lyrics paint a picture that is reminiscent of the Slim Shady we knew before his hiatus. Now, Eminem has taken his eccentric and subtle sadistic craft to a whole different level, a mini-movie style based in the horror genre has been set in stone for a video. The trailer for that video was just released on the net this past Thursday morning (April 30) at exactly 3am on Eminem’s twitter, and what an interesting teaser trailer it was.

The trailer begins with Em running frantically through a dark forest covered in blood with flesh wounds over most of his body. It also exhibits chaotic scenes in what looks to be an asylum or mental ward where it gives hints of blood covered walls, nurses, and a naked man sitting in an empty room on a chair in what appears to be Em. The scenes are quite intense and put together like a true horror style film. It puts Eminem in an interesting psychotic persona. The lyrics to the track express a great visual on what the video is based on, besides making references to Miley Cyrus and Kim Kardashian. At one point in the song he even quotes a famous line of the thriller film ‘The Silence of the Lambs.’

Here is an excerpt from ‘3A.M.:’

“Wake up naked in McDonald’s with/ Blood all over me /Dead bodies behind the counter, shit/ Guess I must have blacked-out again/ Not again … I wonder what’s on the tube/ Maybe they’ll show some boobs/ Surfing every channel/ Until I find ‘Hannah Montana’/ Then I reach for the aloe and lanolin.”

Quote from ‘The Silence of the Lambs’ mentioned in the song:

“She puts the lotion in the bucket, she puts the lotion on the skin, or she gets the hose again”

According to his interview on Shade 45, the video is completely finished. It was directed by Syndrome and taped mostly on location in Detroit. ‘3 A.M.’ is scheduled to premiere on Cinemax on May 2 before the airing of the movie ‘The Strangers’ at 10pm. Syndrome is also working on the video for ‘Crack a Bottle.’

Aubrey O’Day Receives Closure on ‘Making the Band 4’ Finale

New York, NY – As Danity Kane members slowly return to their previous life, they leave behind the memories of being once a part a platinum selling R&B group. After being dismissed one by one from their Bad Boy contract leaving only one remaining, the finale of the show gave one last glimpse of the band together. The last woman standing, Ms. Dawn Richard spoke on her experience of being with the girls one last time. This week, the Playboy starlet, Aubrey O’Day, offered her feelings about the finale of the show to MTV News.

Regardless of the fact that she was blamed mostly for the Danity Kane disassembling, she still has no animosity towards the other girls or Diddy. These were her comments to MTV:

“I felt like it was a little bit of closure. Not fully, but I’ve been away from the situation for so long. I got fired last year, so I’ve been removed from it but still have to hear about the different things I was accused of, It was a little bit of closure.”

As the girls continue to live on after Danity Kane, O’Day understands as she is in the same situation, she included additional comments on that:

“Everyone’s been struggling to survive. Everyone goes about it in different ways, and you can’t hate other people’s fight to survive.”

As distressing as it is to her that the Danity Kane chapter has come to a close in her life, she moves on letting time pass before she can be completely understand the end of DK:

“I respect and appreciate that situation that we were in. I have more than respect and appreciation for what I experienced with Danity Kane. Not everyone has been away from it for a long time. Time heals most wounds, and I think that that was nice.”

As Dawn Richard continues her musical career with Diddy and Bad Boy, sources are saying that she is currently writing songs for Cassie and new group called Dirty Money which also includes her. She is also working on several songs for Diddy’s upcoming album ‘Last Train to Paris’ set to be released on September 22, 2009.
