The always reclusive Eminem is in the news again, this time not for music or film, but for instead for bad bathroom behavior. Detroit resident Miad Jarbou, has filed a $25,000 dollar lawsuit against Em for supposedly punching him in the face in the bathroom of a Detroit strip club in 2006. Jarbou gave no reason for why he waited so long to push this lawsuit, but did say the attack was unprovoked and completely initiated by Eminem.

Jarbou says as he was in the bathroom of the titty bar Em walked in with a bodyguard, immediately being recognized by Jarbou and his friend whom was with him. Jarbou says his friend got excited and asked “Hey Eminem, what’s up man?” Apparently Em’s bodyguard didn’t like the lesser human contact to his client and told Jarbou’s friend to “Shut the fuck up, man! Don’t say another word.” That’s when things turned more violent as Jarbou then responded: “Hey, man, my friend ain’t starting trouble. It’s just cool to see Eminem.” According to the lawsuit handed in last Thursday, June 3, Mr. Mathers “without warning or provocation, drove his fist in a violent punching manner” into Jarbou’s face, knocking him to the ground. Mathers and his bodyguard then left the men’s room, like nothing had happened and presumably went back to enjoying their lap dances and titty squeezes.

In the lawsuit Jarbou says he has “undergone physical pain and suffering, emotional distress, ongoing serious injuries requiring medical treatment” and “embarrassment, humiliation, medical expenses, wage loss and other economic and non-economic” damages. Well quit telling everybody you got your ass beat and then maybe you wouldn’t be so embarrassed huh? Neither Eminem nor his attorney has commented on the situation and Jarbou refuses to say anything more than what is listed in the lawsuit filed.

This is not the first time Eminem has been accused of being violent as he was sued for pistol whipping a man and also pleaded guilty to possession of a concealed weapon in 2002, to which he was sentenced to two years probation. Eminem is reportedly in the studio working on his next album, the appropriately titled, King Mathers. Do you think this lawsuit is legit or just another guy trying to come up?
