Eva Marcille has now been granted full custody of her daughter, Marley Rae, after filing a restraining order against Kevin McCall

On March 28th, the Top Model asked a judge to keep the “Dueces” producer at least 100 yards away following an incident where Eva claimed that Kevin kicked down doors in their home, chased her around and tried to snatch their 2-month-old daughter away. The request was granted and now Eva has gone one step further.

 

According to TMZ, a judge has given Eva full custody of their daughter, while Kevin has been denied any visitation until their court hearing next month. In a statement, Eva’s reps call the situation unfortunate.

“It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself.”

 

Talk about cray cray (do people still say that), well we are glad that it worked out for Eva and her beautiful daugther.
