Flo Rida decided to stay in his hotel and sleep in instead of attending the Fat As Butter concert last October.The organizers of the event filed a law suit for damages  and loss of earnings to the festival promoters also lost sponsorship for this years festival.Flo Rida was ordered to pay  $417,345 by a New Wales Court.The judge Judith Gibson stated :

”The no-show by Flo Rida damaged the trading reputation of the plaintiff, impacting its ability to stage future events, attract patrons and compete with rivals in the music event industry,”

No response has been made by Flo Rida or his management..
