Brooklyn rapper Foxy Brown is slated to start trial today (July 12th), for allegedly exposing her bare bottom to a neighbor during an argument.

Foxy Brown was arrested around this time last year (July 21st, 2010), after she became involved in a dispute with her neighbor/long time nemesis, Arlene Raymond.

Arlene Raymond and Foxy Brown got into a dispute over the volume of Foxy’s music, as she was allegedly rehearsing for a show at B.B. Kings Blues & Grill in Manhattan.

Raymond claimed that after she complained about the music’s volume, Foxy Brown walked up to her home, called her a “dirty b**ch” and then lifted up her skirt and mooned her, exposing her butt, while shouting “kiss my ass.”

The issue has become serious for Foxy Brown, who was ordered to stay away from Raymond, after she was convicted of assaulting her with her BlackBerry in August of 2007.

Foxy Brown, born Inga Marchand, is accused of violating a protection order, which could send her back to jail for a year.

Last month, Foxy hit the headlines again when she was an hour late for a preliminary hearing in relation to the trial.

Foxy Brown’s lawyer took the blame for her tardiness, saying he provided her with the wrong time to appear in court.
