She appeared on the reality TV series Celebrity Rehab this year, but Frankie Lons has been arrested again on a drug related charge.
Lons, the mother of R&B singer Keyshia Cole, was pulled over by police in Sandy Springs, Georgia, for driving erratically.
During a search of her vehicle, officers reportedly found a drug related substance and took the 50-year-old into custody and booked for a probation violation and misdemeanour possession of drug-related material.
Lons is currently being held at the Gwinnett County Detention Center, outside of Atlanta.
Unfortunately, this is not her first brush with the law.
According to urban entertainment website Sandrarose.com, Lons was arrested for a probation violation just two weeks ago.

Her publicist Cherry Bañez told the website her client was arrested for missing a probation status check because she was undergoing drug treatment.
In a statement Bañez wrote: ‘Frankie is 50 years old and I am doing what I can to help her change her image into a sober woman who has made regrettable mistakes.’
Frankie, who lives in Atlanta, had her first taste of stardom, after appearing on daughter Keyshia Cole’s reality show, which aired on Black Entertainment Television from 2006 to 2008.
The series showed Frankie finishing a long stint in prison for drug possession and Cole moving her from California to Atlanta to help her transition into the real world.
Frankie also appeared on the last season of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew and seemed to be making progress in facing her demons.
After her mother’s arrest earlier this month, Keyshia tweeted: ‘You know, I really pray she gets it together for herself.
She has to want to change for herself.’
