Philadelphia rapper Freeway is set to release his sophomore album, Free At Last next month. The Roc-A-Fella Records release, which was originally due earlier this fall, will now be hitting shelves on November 20, according to Billboard.

“The album is soulful. I think it’s gonna be another classic,” Freeway told Billboard. “I didn’t fall into what people thought I was going to do or what everyone else is doing. If you’re a fan, you’ll love it.”

Jay-Z and 50 Cent
co-executive produced the long-awaited set and Jay appears on the the
track “Rockafella Billionaires.” The album’s first single, which has
been in radio rotation since this summer. Other guests on the disc include Lil’ Wayne, Jadakiss, Paul Wall, Busta Rhymes, Rick Ross, Scarface and Too $hort, with production by Dame Grease, Cool & Dre, J.R. Rotem and Don Cannon.

Two notable producers, who were responsible for several of
Freeway’s past hits, however will not be included on the album. “It’s
Over,” a track that leaked onto the net earlier this week, has Free
speaking on how he tried to reach out to Kanye West and Just Blaze for some beats, to no avail. [Click Here To Listen to Track]

“Things just ain’t the same for gangstas/ But I don’t give
a f*ck, I’m back without a Just track/ Tried to reach out and work but
he ain’t chirp back,” Freeway raps over the Jay-z sample-laced beat.

“I’m back without a track from Kanye, it’s all good,” Free says about ‘Ye.
“Fact is, I’m too busy, I’m too gutter. I was f*ckin with him when
@#*$%s was like, ‘who is he?’ … But like the scripture say, quickly
they forget.”

Free At Last will go on sale ahead of fellow State Property artist Beanie Sigel‘s Dec 11 project, The Solution.
