Game’s fourth studio album entitled simply R.E.D. has been delayed for literally the past 2 years. After several recordings and several producers down the line, Game is finally back with Dre, where he states he belongs. Even with many recorded tracks under his belt, Game and the label decided to go with Cool & Dre produced ‘Red Nation,’ which featured Lil Wayne, as the first single.

Game recently spoke with VIBE Magazine about his upcoming album and name drops features on the album:

“The album changes, the dates change, the climate changes, Interscope changed and went in another direction for a minute and then they come back,” Game told VIBE.  “It’s just the business; shit gets pushed back. Either wait for it or don’t buy it. I don’t give a fuck. I never beg anybody to buy my albums.”

With that same “I Don’t Give a fuck” attitude still in full effect, Game has never bowed down to anyone. Some could look at the delays as a positive as it allowed Game to craft one of the most anticipated albums of his career to the top. After releasing his last two albums without the assistance of Dr. Dre, Red Nation reunites the two.

“I think the people will appreciate the collaborations. Dr. Dre is actually rapping on this album. This is the first album that I’ve ever dropped where I have Dr. Dre’s voice actually on the album. Features range from Snoop Dogg to Pharrell to Wiz to Trey Songz to Chris Brown, and Drake’s on the album. I got a good cast of all-stars.

“Oh yeah, Tyler [The Creator] is on the album. I forgot about him. He ain’t really doing features for nobody. He feels like fuck everything and I don’t blame him either. It’s a California thing, and I got respect for him and his hustle and what they’re doing and just being kids and being rebels for the cause,” Game said of recently befriending the Odd Future frontman. And he respects me for doing what I did for California and the West Coast, I guess. I met him at a Diddy concert and we chopped it up and we got a song called ‘Martians vs Goblins.’ It’s dope.”
