Miami, FL – Poe Boy/Hiram Group recording artist Ghostwridah isn’t upset or at angst for being overlooked for this year’s cut for XXL Magazine’s Freshmen Class of 2011, as a matter of fact he’s still on his grind.
The Miami Emcee was suppose to be line to be considered for the Top 10 slot in this year’s XXL Freshmen Class of 2011 during the nominations sometime last year, but due to unforeseen circumstances, he did not make the cut. You would assume that the artist would be in odds for not making it, but instead it puts him in a more full focus mode where he knows he would have to work harder this year and go beyond that of XXL Freshmen Class. Sources close to Ghost are stating that he’s been putting more work into his music and spreading a lot more time in the studio.
At press time, Ghostwridah is working on his own street album to be released sometime towards the end of April and at the same time will be also be featured as of one of the original Miami Poe Boy’s Big 3 on their upcoming Heart of the City Street Album. Ghost will be in roster alongside the talents of Brisco and Billy Blue. The world better be ready, this is a highly anticipated album, set for release sometime in April.
As of now, Ghostwridah just released a track entitled ‘Just Venting’ for his loyal dedicated fans.
