Gucci Mane has finally been released from prison after false reports that he’d been liberated. According to his lawyer Ashutosh Joshi (via XXLMag.com), Gooch was freed at approximately 4:35 a.m. after the Georgia Department of Corrections released its hold on him. Gucci will celebrate his freedom with a welcome home party at Club Fathom in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
