Rapper Heavy D, who sadly passed last year, left behind a sizeable debt of $43,967.87 owed to the State of California. According to documents filed by the Franchise Tax Board in California, Heavy D had a tax lien of $43,967.87 from the year 2008-2009.

Heavy D was said to be working on a big comeback, maybe this is where the profits were headed.
