Representatives for incarcerated rapper Turk have clarified plans for the rapper, when he is released from prison.

Turk, a former member of The Hot Boys with Lil Wayne, Juvenile and B.G., is finishing a 10-year sentence for shooting a Memphis S.W.A.T. officer during a raid of an apartment in 2004.

In recent days, reports have surfaced that Turk had entered into an agreement with Lil Wayne’s Young Money imprint.

While the two men remain extremely close, reps for Turk told AllHipHop.com that he is launching his own label YNT, upon his release.

“Turk will be released very soon and he has his own label, YNT,” a rep for Turk told AllHipHop.com. “He does look forward to a Hot Boy Reunion but there is no truth in rumors of him signing at this time. In related news, Turk recently dropped a freestyle from jail, over Lil Wayne’s “6’7” track.
