It can’t be easy dating Yahoo’s Most Searched Person of 2012, Kim Kardashian.  Just ask her boyfriend Kanye West.  With wedding and baby rumors abuzz, the couple just can’t catch a break.

Sources say West’s appearance has become “tainted with too many appearances on ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians,'” according to the New York Daily News.  Fans have become more interested in his social life and his reality star girlfriend, than his music.

“His personal life is overpowering his music. Every time he plays, people are wondering if Kim is going to be there. It’s not a good thing for him, especially if he wants to be taken seriously,” a source said.

West was given several offers to host New Year’s Eve parties in Las Vegas and Miami, but declined after the stipulation was that Kardashian had to come as well.

Kardashian has been portrayed negatively in the media this past year after her marriage to Brooklyn Mets player, Kris Humphries, ended after a very short 72 days.  And let’s not forget her infamous sex tape co-starring Ray J back in 2003.

So will West pop the question any time soon?  And if so, will Kardashian’s third marriage finally be her last?
