It looks like Jay-Z just might have had enough of The Game’s taunting remarks. Jay has recently addressed Game and his disses towards him even stating that he is giving Game a temporary pass but things could easily change.  Jay sat down with radio personality Big Boy, and explained why he thinks The Game has lashed out. According to the Big Boy’s Neighborhood:

“I think he’s been posturing for this thing for a while,” Jay explained. “I guess he just took the fact that I said I’m not talking about him which is not a diss at all. I figured that was his opportunity, he’s going on tour and he’s promoting, or buzz or marketing or however people feel they need attention these days. So it’s no real problems behind it, it’s no real challenge behind it. With the Nas thing, that was a real thing, it wasn’t done because of any marketing or anything like that. I typically let those types of things slide but you know, I could wake up tomorrow and just really go right in.”

Wow it seems like Jay may not be keeping it all bottled in after all. I’m eager to see where this will go. The Game has already previously stated that if Jay goes in, it’s war. According to 103 Jams:

“My fans expect me to respond and I ain’t lost a rap beef to date,” Game said in an interview last week. “He just really needs to sit his old a** down somewhere and let the new n*ggas make money…He knows if he goes to war with me, it’s gonna be never-ending. From Joe Budden to Memphis Bleek to Ras Kas to Yukmouth to G-Unit as a staff, record label and group, I’m a one-man army man. I will tear you down. They will stop wearing Roc-A-Wear clothing…If Jay responds with a song, it’ll be on his album because he’s a pretty smart dude, witty, and he knows it’ll benefit him more to put it on The Blueprint, if and when he does, just be on the lookout for ‘400 Bars’ …I’m a really put my pen on the paper and really strike a match.”

Well we will see what happens. Hopefully this won’t be a long drawn out battle like 50 and Rick Ross. Lawd knows we were tired of hearing about that one!

Ludacris Discloses Album Title For Next Solo Album

Putting all the rumors to rest, Ludacris recently revealed the title for his upcoming solo album. Getting the scoop first, at an event in West Hollywood earlier this week, Luda told Rap-Up Magazine everything they needed to know. Accordign to HipHopDX, Luda had this to say:

“It must be the biggest rumor in the world because you’re like the fifth person who asked me about that,” Ludacris told Rap-Up. “It’s just really frustrating when somebody puts a rumor out and everyone goes with it.”

After several rumored names for Luda’s new album had surfaced, he put all of the gossip to rest and revealed that the name of the album will be Ludaversal.

“I never remotely said anything about something called ‘Cineplex.’ Dead that shit,”
said Ludacris. “It’s ‘Ludaversal.’ That’s what comes after ‘Battle of the Sexes.’”

I know we are all excited to see Luda back in the booth, with not one but two albums on the way shortly! For those who don’t know about Battle of the Sexes; this is a collaboration album between Luda and fellow Disturbing Tha Peace member Shawnna. The album is set to be released later this year.
