Jay-Z recently released a mysterious video, “Made in America,” and now we get news that he is to make a ‘major announcement’ Monday morning, so maybe the two may be related.

Roc Nation reports that on May 14th at 10:30 am Jay-Z is going atop Philadelphia’s Art Museum steps to make a ‘major announcement’ alongside Philadelphia’s Mayor, Michael Nutter.
