Earlier this summer, Juelz Santana thought his 200-Gbyte hard drive, containing all his ProTools files for his second LP was lost. Apparently, the Dipset rapper had been leaving his machine on 24/7 for over a year, causing it to overheat. The Harlemite had also failed to back up his files. “There’s no way I would have remembered all those rhymes,” Santana told Wired Magazine. The rapper then spent $10,000 for a repair shop to save the files. Two weeks later they were recovered. “If it didn’t work, I woulda cried,” Santana shared. “No, seriously. I woulda cried.”
