Kanye West, Pharrell Williams and Michael Jackson
are but a few musicians up in arms over Jay-Z and his partner’s
mismanagement of his sports bar 40/40 Club. They are all tired of the
wannabe hipsters ordering high balls and dancing to his hits like
“Billie Jean” and “Gold Digger” when the club owners are not paying
royalties.

Yesterday Broadcast Music Inc (BMI) filed a lawsuit in Manhattan
District Court on behalf of both Michael and Kanye along with 10 other
artists who allege that their songs are being played at the club, even
though it hasn’t paid up for licenses.
