Lil Boosie, who’s real name is Torrence Hatch has been indicted for his role in the murder of  Terry Boyd. The Louisanna native, Boosie is in a whole lot of trouble with all these charges against him. According to police, Boosie and two men, Michael Louding and Adrian Pittman fired shots into the victim’s home, and allegedly was in possession of ecstasy, codeine and marijuana. All three men were charged with conspiracy and first degree murder for their part in the act. District Attorneys also stated that Jared Williams, Kendrick Johnson, Johnathon Rogers and Ryan “Sneaks” Carroll have all been charged with first degree murders. Carroll and Rogers are both minors but will be charged as adults. The death penalty as punishment has NOT been ruled out.

Boosie is currently incarcerated at Dixon Correctional Facility for a probation violation, and he managed to pick up some charges there also. He has also been indicted for conspiring with a girlfriend, another inmate and former correctional  officer for smuggling in synthetic marijuana, marijuana pills and codeine into prison. 1st Degree Murder of Terry Boyd, 35, shot to death inside his residence at 16837 Vermillion Drive on 10/21/09. The shots were fired from outside home through a window.

3 counts PWITD Narcotics (Schedule II-Codeine, Schedule I-Ecstacy and Schedule I-Marijuana)

3 counts Conspiracy to commit PWITD Narcotics

2 counts Conspiracy to Introduce Contraband into a Penal Institution
