Lil Scrappy has finally been released from an Atlanta jail after being arrested on Monday for violating his probation.

Mawuli Mel Davis, the attorney for Scrappy, says the judge has put Scrappy back on probation, where he is required to frequently check in with his probation officer. He had previously been on a “non-reporting” probation.

Scrappy was arrested earlier this week for failing to check in with his probation officer in August. Scrappy also allegedly failed to tell his P.O. that he had a change of address.

Scrappy is on probation from a 2008 marijuana possession case.
