Lil Wayne has struck a deal with an ex-producer for the Grammy Award-winning “Lollipop” and other songs, settling the producer’s $20 million lawsuit out of court.

Super producer Darius Harris aka Deezle, filed suit over “Tha Carter III,”  claiming he produced several songs on the record, including “Lollipop,” but never got paid for his work.

Deezle claims, the album grossed over $70 million and he wanted $20 million for his hard work and to call it even. Wayne initially denied his claims and said there were no grounds to sue. Since then the two parties recently reached a confidential agreement, finally settling the case and the case has since been dismissed.
